In general, I enjoy games that feature little to no element of chance. Some friends of mine who know this about me, gave me a board game called Puerto Rico that supposedly satisfies this criterion. (I say supposedly, because I haven’t played the game yet. It’s not always easy to find people with whom to play board games.) A little piece of marketing blurb on the box puzzles me.
